Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Card subscriptions can be cancelled from your account page in one click. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your account moves back to the free plan. Your monitors are kept; monitors above the free limit are paused and checks run at the free interval until you upgrade again.
Where are checks run from?
Checks run from our monitoring servers. A monitor is only marked down after the failure is confirmed by repeated checks, so you are not woken up by a single network blip.
